- Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Contract Management
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documents, including agreements, amendments, and correspondence. Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Address and resolve contract-related disputes and issues. Liaise with legal counsel, contractors, and suppliers to resolve conflicts and ensure fair outcomes.
- Evaluation of each contract individually
- Opening up all local accounts with regards to, accommodation, fuel, gas, telephones etc.
- Cost Management (Budget monitoring, Cost reporting and financial analysis)
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless contract administration and cost management. Facilitate communication between parties to address any contract or cost-related issues.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting contracts and costs.
- Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, including the evaluation of bids and the selection of contractors and suppliers. Ensure that procurement activities align with contract terms and budget constraints.
- Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for contract administration and cost management. Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to junior staff and project team members on contract management and cost control practices.
