- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Create compelling sales pitches
- Quote customers as per requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly targets as set out by Management
- Complete all paperwork related to the sale including job cards
- Following of the process of a job through the CRM system to ensure jobs are not delivered late
- Cold calling / reach out to potential customers
- Continually staying in contact with customers (i.e birthdays, post delivery follow ups, quality follow ups etc.)
- Additional responsibilities may be given or may change as required
